Tantoni Warmblood's MARES
At Tantoni Warmbloods we go to great lengths to select not just todays best performing stallions to go with our quality mares but also we look at what is up and coming on the world stage giving the best possible opportuntities to our clients to own a champion of the future. We aim to match bloodlines to produce top quality horses.
In Oldenburg there are +/- 5000 foals registered each year. At 3 years old there are about 500 mares shown for the main Stud book. From these mares 250 are selected to go forward to the mare performance test. Of these around 120 receive the lesser title ‘Verbandspremium Mare and 100 receive the title State Premium Mare. From these 50 are invited to the state Premium Show at Rastede. There a commission selects 20 Brilliant Ring Mares. Only the best 10 mares are placed (1-10), Tantoni State Premium Mare Rien ne va Plus was 7th.
Tantoni Warmblood broodmares have been carefully selected for their bloodlines, movement, temperament and competition genes which are successfully bred through to their foals.
